After all….Everything We Do is a Special Event! Due to an overwhelming demand for our catering services and the limitations of our current space, we have recently been forced to turn down some new events. If you are interested in having us cater your upcoming event, the first step is to contact us to check our availability. We do have a minimum guest count of 30 people and are currently focusing on our established corporate and university clients. In order to provide the high level of service our customers expect, we only accept one event per weekend. Consequently, our weekends during the holiday and summer months book up quite early. If we are available on your event date, the next step is to look through our menu. You are always welcome to call our event coordinator to discuss menu options, special menu requests and the specific details of your event. Once you have decided on a menu, we will be happy to put together a customized proposal for you. In order to reserve our services for your event and hold the date, we do require a signed proposal and a 30% deposit. Please look through the Terms and Conditions page on our menu for more information. Service Area Spice Islands Catering is based in Corvallis, Oregon and generally serves the greater Corvallis area including Albany, Philomath, Lebanon, Monmouth, Dallas and Independence.
